The Bandai Spirits Parts Separator is an official tool designed to make disassembling plastic model kits straightforward and safe, making it a particularly good choice for those new to the hobby. Developed using Bandai Spirits' own manufacturing expertise, it has been shaped to sit comfortably in the hand for extended use.
The tool is resin moulded, which allows parts to be separated without causing damage to the plastic. It also features a pin function: inserting the pin into a joint pushes parts out cleanly, and when used with polycap connections, the pin prevents the cap from being crushed during the process. This makes it especially useful when correcting assembly mistakes or reconfiguring a build.
