Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 100 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return
You can request a return directly through your customer account. Once submitted, we'll be in touch to confirm the next steps before approving your return. You can also contact us directly through email or telephone.
Return Shipping
For UK returns, we provide an Evri return label at a flat cost of £2.50, which will be deducted from your refund. Your label can be used in one of two ways:
- Print it at home and attach it to your parcel, or
- Use the QR code to have it scanned at your nearest Evri drop-off point — no printer needed

International Returns
If you're returning from outside the UK, we'll be in touch after your return request is submitted with a returns address. International return postage is at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we're unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method. The £2.50 return label cost will be deducted from the refund total.
