Shipping policy
At Union Gundam, we understand the importance of timely and reliable delivery of your orders. That's why we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour services as our standard shipping option and offer Evri, Evri Pickup and DPD options for those who require even faster delivery or easier collections.
All orders are dispatched within one working day of the purchase being made. If your order is placed before midday, we will endeavor to dispatch it on the same day. Orders placed after midday or on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as it is made available by Royal Mail or your selected courier. This tracking number will allow you to track your order's progress and estimated delivery date.
Our standard shipping option, Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour services, usually takes 2 working days to arrive after dispatch. However, please note that this is an estimate and delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
If you require faster delivery, we offer a premium shipping option, Evri, Evri Pickup Point and DPD services. This service guarantees delivery within 1 working day after dispatch. Please note that this option is only available for orders placed before midday on working days and may not be available for all locations.
Our standard shipping cost is £3.95 and free for any UK Orders over £50. Our courier services will show the pricing options at the checkout and will be discounted for orders over £50. Overseas shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location. You will be able to see the shipping costs at checkout before making your purchase.
For any delays in delivery due to courier, please note we will not refund the cost of the service. Shown delivery times although are our expected times unforseen circumstances may delay parcels.
