How Our Pre-Orders Work

1. Full Payment Required
All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. This secures your reservation and guarantees your spot in the queue. Once your order is confirmed, the item is reserved exclusively for you.
2. Flexible Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
3. Combining Pre-Orders with In-Stock Items
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your instock items will be sent immediately and Pre order items dispatched as soon as available.
4. Price Guarantee
If the price of your pre-ordered item lowers before its release, we will honor the new lower price and refund the difference. We strive to keep our prices consistent, but if unforeseen circumstances cause a price increase, we will reach out to you to either accept the new price or cancel your order with a full refund.
5. Estimated Delivery Dates
All delivery dates provided for pre-orders are estimated dates given by our suppliers. While we aim to meet these timelines, please understand that delays can occur. If there are any changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Pre Order Postage
Postage on pre-orders will be combined with in stock items. £3.95 postage or Free for orders over £50
7. Priority Access
By pre-ordering, you secure a guaranteed position in the queue, ensuring you receive your kit before it becomes available to the general public on our website.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Refunds & Cancellations: All pre-order cancellations will be refunded in full, provided the item has not yet shipped.
