Sometimes when a fresh delivery of Gunpla and other goodies arrives, it’s not just us who gets excited—our courier does too. In the rush to get these amazing kits to us, a box might take a little bump along the way. A crease here, a scuff there… it happens. And that’s exactly why we created our Damaged Box section.

Here, any kit with a crease, fold, or tear in the box is gathered in one convenient place, complete with photos so you can see exactly what happened on its journey to us.

“If it’s just a crease or a scuff, why bother?”

Because when your next Gunpla delivery arrives, we want it to be a “Yeah!” moment, not an “Ugh.”

So here’s what we do:

Every box with a defect gets opened and inspected.
We don’t open sealed runner bags unless absolutely necessary.
We visually check that everything inside is exactly as it should be.
If we spot damage on a runner, we dig deeper.
We check whether the parts are still usable, whether the damage affects the main suit or just accessories, and whether a replacement is possible.
If the main suit has an irreparable issue, we simply won’t list the kit at all.

If anything inside the box is damaged, it will be clearly highlighted in the product title, description, and photos. No surprises.
