Godzilla vs Evangelion Test Type-01

This is a new take on Evangelion Unit-01, reimagined through the lens of Godzilla as seen in Godzilla vs. Destoroyah. The design faithfully captures the fiery aesthetic of that version of Godzilla, and the kit comes fully pre-painted, so there's no painting required to get it looking the part straight out of the box.

Articulation has been given some thought here. The front thighs and kneecaps are interlocked and move together, giving the leg poses a more natural, cohesive feel. The throat joint is similarly linked to the neck, so when the head tilts upward the movement carries through in a single motion rather than in isolation. The mouth is openable, and the kit includes three interchangeable heads, two interchangeable chest parts, two interchangeable left arms, and a wide variety of hand parts, giving a reasonable range of display options.
